  • Working with legal advisers and other professional organisations to obtain the necessary regulatory consents to establish the business.
  • Identifying business accommodation and managing the purchase and installation of equipment.
  • Identifying, recruiting and managing the movement of staff to the new organisation.
  • Managing initial business resource requirements.

Via Executive’s role is to free the business’ key staff from tasks which may divert them from properly establishing the business in the jurisdiction.

At the end of the assignment Via Executive exits the business in a controlled way thereby reducing ongoing costs to normalised running levels.
