Via Executive will work with a business on a consultancy basis to assist in the recruitment of senior management. These recruitment tasks often require a high degree of discretion and confidentiality which is sometimes difficult to obtain within the client’s business itself and the service offered by Via Executive can overcome this risk.
Via Executive does not operate as a recruitment consultant. Instead, Via Executive will:
- Work with the business to accurately define the need for the new role and design the role description. The objectivity offered by the Via Executive can often be a benefit in accurately identifying and defining the client’s requirements.
- Work with executive recruitment specialists on the client’s behalf to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process including first interviews, candidate testing etc.
- Consult on the induction process for successful candidates.
Via Executive can also source and provide executive coaching programmes for the key appointee.
